1) The package and date could be booked several months or weeks before, even on last minutes (if the date is still available). It’s better to book months or weeks before to make sure the date is still available.

2) The packages price already includes tax and service.

3) Deposit upon booking confirmation and securing the date is 50% of total amount. Deposit payment could be paid by using Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB). Deposit if non refundable, date rescheduling is possible as long as the new date is still available.

4) Full payment should be paid after photo shoot or video shoot done. Full payment could be paid by using Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) or Cash.

5) Pre wedding / honeymoon photography or videography packages price does not include entrance fee into the locations and wedding gown / suit rental (we don’t provide gown / suit).

6) We provide soft copy in all photography packages and will be uploaded into Cloud Drive (file download will be ready in 2 weeks to 1 month). If you want to order hard copy of the photos (Photo Book), please contact us for estimated completion time, pricing and shipping cost.
