Tori and Mark Bali Wedding Photos at Nusa Dua Beach

By Adi J – D’studio Bali Wedding Photography

Tori and Mark is our client from Australia, they have wedding ceremony and wedding reception at Aston Nusa Dua Beach. It is a beach side resort with a wonderful beach view and direct access to the beach, also beautiful garden where we can take wedding pictures. Arrive at the hotel, me and my bali photographer team go straight to the wedding preparation room. We take some wedding detail shots of wedding dresses, wedding invitations, wedding rings, wedding shoes and other small details. Also we take the candid photo of bride and groom getting ready. There is a lot of candid photos that can be captured during this moments.

Wedding first look start with the groomsmen cover groom’s eyes with a handkerchief and guide him walk toward his bride. Start with a kiss from the bride, then bride remove the handkerchief from groom’s eyes, there they are looking at each other for the first time in their wedding dresses, i can see their happy expressions and can feel their love in the air 🙂

Shortly after, we all go to the beach and garden around the hotel for taking couple wedding photo. Usually we do couple wedding photo after the wedding ceremony and before the wedding reception, but bride and groom want to do couple wedding photo before the wedding ceremony because they don’t want to leave their guests during the wedding cocktail hour, they want to be with the guests during cocktail hour. Well, that’s a good idea, because it is not too hot at the Nusa Dua beach at 4 pm. We take several wedding photo with some different wedding poses. The time is running and then the wedding ceremony time has come.

After a short wedding photo session, now the time for wedding ceremony to start. Groom and all guests already standby at the wedding venue. Waiting for the bride walking down the aisle.

Wedding ceremony starts with a blessing from the priest for bride and groom, everyone seems so focused watching the wedding ceremony. I can see some guests crying to watch bride and groom getting married, and they feel happy for them. The wedding themes looks so nice, the blue colour match the blue colour of the sky and sea, it’s a perfect place for wedding vows exchange.

Wedding ceremony concludes, and now is the time for relax a bit before wedding reception started. Everyone greets our newly weds, and it is the time to take more candid photos around. I like to see the happy expressions from people on a wedding, it makes me feel happy too. And a wedding is perfect place to capture that kind of moments so the wedding pictures will look more natural, candid and as it is.
